How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go? What do YOU want to get out of yoga? Where ever a comfortable place is for you to stop, yoga can take you there. No pressure, no force. Do you want to use yoga for stress relief, prepare the body for meditation, increase flexibility, create mobility in the spine, be physically fit, have a yoga butt, improve coordination, get that kink out of your back, calm your monkey mind, find peace from a trauma, discover the truth within, have more self love and acceptance, explore your own personal idea of God, merge into the consciousness of the divine? This train will take you there; you decide which stop you want to get off of this time around.

One of my favorite inspirational Gurus, is Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, the father of modern yoga, the teacher of B. K. S. Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, Indra Devi and his son T.K.V. Desikachar. His idea was to adjust yoga to the individual. Assessing the need of the individual and creating a yoga suitable for them.   Everyone has different needs that fluctuate with time, I’d like to think I do my best to honor those needs. If I had to describe my style it would be; introspective, connective, alignment based, served with a slice of fun and a smile.
